Feel like you have been on an endless search for a botanical shampoo that actually works? Us too...that's why it took us so long to come out with one. First, let me start by saying that this shampoo is free of the three most common chemical-ridden ingredients often found in shampoos: Sodium Lauryl Sulphate (SLS that has shown to produce a toxic contaminant), parabens (believed to disrupt hormone function) and cocoamide DEA (a cancer-causing chemical).
What is in this shampoo are extracted esthers of hemp oil (fatty acids), aloe, chamomile, calendula, red clover, willow bark and elder flower extracts that help to replenish and control hair. These desirable ingredients add emollience and shine without a flat, greasy after-feel. Omega 3 and Omega 6 properties add strength to the scalp and hair shaft. Panthenol (Pro Vitamin B5) creates moisture retention and hair elasticity without any waxy buildup or residue. It's also mild on all hair types.
Because this is a botanical shampoo, it does a fantastic job of getting needed vitamins, nutrients and extracts to your scalp, while retaining moisture in the hair and keeping it healthy. Since it does not contain the chemical sudsing agent of SLS, this shampoo will not foam up into a bunch of bubbles. We don't find that chemical ingredient necessary when it comes to hair washing. So, it may take a few showers to get used to your new favorite shampoo, but it is well worth it.FeaturesCannabis Sativa Seed Oil: protects hair from damage, adds emollience and shine without a greasy feel.Aloe Leaf Juice: repairs dead skin cells on the scalp, promotes hair growth, prevents itching.Elder Flower Extract: softens hair, repairs a damaged and irritated scalp.Red Clover Flower Extract: contains many vitamins and nutrients including vitamin C, calcium and potassium that help pump the scalp with essential nutrients.Panthenol (Pro Vitamin B5): binds hair follicles and seals in moisture, adds pliability without greasiness.
